Details of Activity: Due to the loud and large amount of banging on doors, the neighbours of the rural area were a concern. The location owner had a parrot which we were told was extremely aggressive and one shot was filmed outside. And due to heavy rain fall and the extreme cold, slipping on ice was a hazard. | |
Hazards Identified and Risks Arising AUDIENCE/PUBLIC HEAT/COLD ANIMALS WAETHER | Risk Assessment and Proposed Precautions We informed the neighbours of the resident that we were filming to ensure that they had no issues and did not become worried when hearing the large amount of banging. We placed a blanket over the parrot’s cage, to avoid it becoming hostile. The cameraman wore warm clothes and shoes with grips to avoid slipping. |
LOCATION
On the original day we intended to film, as stated in the diary, we had picked up a faulty battery which meant that no filming could be done on that day. However the risk assessment and location sheets for that adress are shown below:
