This is a shot of the actress looking up the stairs and saying “Honey, are you up?” we tried filming this from the bottom on the stairs, but the landing was blocked by the actress.

This shot was a mid long shot of the actress at the bottom of the stairs, while we were at the top, looking down on her, however this looked unprofessional.

This was yet another shot of the actress looking up the stairs asking if her husband was awake, but we rested the camera on the tripod at the top – this was the shot that was chosen.

This was a mid long shot of Ebony walking, only to find that her tea has gone missing, we got the shot from the window sill, and this was the shot that we chose.

This was a final shot, just to see whether the first shot was perfected, however we still preferred the first shot to this one.

Here was a shot of Ebony answering the phone once it starts to ring, but no one is there, we got a close up of the actress answering the phone.

This shot was a close up of Ebony answering the phone, but we got a close up of the hand of our actress picking up the receiver and putting it down.

There is a knock at the door so Ebony answers it and no one is there so she closes the door and locks it and puts the latch on, with a close up of the locks. This is the shot that we chose.

Ebony runs to the back door because she hears knocking at her back door, so she locks it then puts her back to the door and crouches down looking petrified. This was the shot that we chose in the end.

This was another shot of the above scene, however we followed the actress around with the camera this time.

Here was another shot of the same scene, but we got the actress to hold the camera while walking around and acting, to see if it gave the effect that this was coming from her eyes.

This was another shot of the first one that we did, to make sure that it was perfected.

The camera pans, to show Ebony looking outside to see if there was actually anyone there knocking at the door, but the shot behind her was not a good shot, because all we saw was her back.

This was the same shot as before, but we did it a little bit closer to the window, but then we saw the camera man recording the shot but this was unsuccessful.

We tried the same shot as above, but from the side but then we decided that the shot looked poor like that.

This was the shot before, but we decided to do the shot from outside looking in as if someone was looking at Ebony from outside, creating suspense. This is the shot that we chose for our thriller.

This was a close up of the phone was ringing, because this was a simple shot we only had to do this shot once, and it was successful so we used this shot.

There was a violent knocking at the front door, and because we just had a full view of the door, we also only had to do this shot once and we used this one.

This shot was the same as the last shot, but a full view of the back door, and violent knocking was heard, we used this shot.

The shot created here was a shot of Ebony, looking up as she stops hearing the knocking of front and back door and the phone ringing, as she gets up there is blood on the front door where Ebony’s head just was. This was the shot that we used considering it was the only one we took.

This is a close up of the telephone with blood all over it while the credits roll across this one, because it was a simple shot we only had to do this shot once and we used this shot for our thriller.

The camera pans across the floor which is covered in blood, we did not use this shot because we did it hand held from above so it was unsuccessful.

We have yet another shot of the camera panning across the floor covered in blood, we did not use this one either because the quality was not very good.

This was the shot of the blood we used considering we kept the camera still so it looked quite professional.

This was a shot of the blood on the floor from above, we tilted the camera in order to try and make it look professional but it didn’t work out.

We used this shot because the camera man held the camera above the blood stained floor and even though it was quite shaky, this was our favourite shot.

This was a shot of Ebony washing the blood off her hands but we do not like this shot, because when we used the food colouring it did not look professional.

We used this shot because it was the same as above, but instead of using red food colouring, we used beetroot juice.

This was a shot of Ebony’s bedroom door, with a bloody handprint on it, we set the camera up but the camera didn’t move back far enough so we only got part of the door in the shot.

We tried another shot of the door with the camera man holding the camera and standing in another room, and this was the shot that we used.

We tried the shot again, but with a close up shot and this did not work out so we used the second shot instead.

This was a shot of the camera panning a bloody hand, we did it from inside the room but then you could see the body, and we wanted to keep that hidden.

We tried this shot again but from on the landing and this looked better so we just got a still shot of the hand covered in blood, so this was the shot that we used.

This was a shot of Ebony looking into the mirror and seeing herself covered in blood, and then screaming into the mirror, but we could see the camera man in the mirror so we did not use this shot.

We did another shot from the side, but did not actually catch this on film so we could not use the shot of Ebony looking into the mirror and screaming so this shot was not in the film at all.
